We value our customers' time & money and hence strive to ensure that they receive their purchased product in the finest condition, on or before the committed date.

Delivery Timeline

• While the delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the customer, a general timeline would be 2-7 business days.

• For Metro & Tier 1 cities, delivery may take 3-5 working days.

• For Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities and rural areas, delivery may take 5-7 working days.

Shipping Charges

• Pan India: We provide Free Shipping across India.

• The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, lost in transit, or remains undelivered to the customer's preferred location.

• If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, please refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

Cancellation Policy

Aadatein reserves the right to cancel any order without prior explanation in circumstances where the order requirements cannot be fulfilled. Any applicable refund will be processed within a reasonable period.

If a customer wishes to cancel an order after confirmation, they must contact us by email at aadatein.ecom@gmail.com with their Order Number.

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

• No cancellations are permitted after 24 hours except under special circumstances and solely at the discretion of Aadatein.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
